The photoshoot experience is approximately 3 hours, depending on the package selected and operational flow on the day of your booking.

Late arrivals may reduce available shoot time. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early if you picked the Vintage Photoshoot Experience and 45 minutes early if you booked the Vintage Photoshoot + Billboard Experience.
The experience includes a professionally staged photoshoot featuring vintage props in Times Square and Midtown Manhattan. Depending on your package, billboard placement may also be included.
No. The prop is used as a stationary prop for photography purposes. Any driving is limited to incidental transportation to the location by our team of chauffeurs.
Our props can accommodate up to 2 adult guests per experience.
Quick outfit changes may be possible depending on timing and operational flow. We recommend confirming this in advance. The total duration of the experience will not be extended to accommodate the time spent in such outfit changes.
Yes, personal props are welcome as long as they are safe, appropriate, and manageable within the shoot timeframe.
Some packages include billboard placement while others are photoshoot-only experiences. Please review the package details carefully before checkout.
Timing details will be included in your booking confirmation. Your billboard photo or video will appear for 15 seconds per hour for 24 hours, from 12:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. We guarantee 22 plays per day. Timing details will be included in your booking confirmation.
Yes. Final media selections will be coordinated after booking and must meet billboard content guidelines.

Final edited images are typically delivered within five business days after the shoot, depending on editing volume and package type. At the end of your experience, you will be directed to the 3 Tapas Vintage Experience location on 46th street, where you will be able to select the photos.
Photos will be delivered digitally through an email.
Yes. All delivered images will include professional editing and color correction. The photos include color & lighting correction straight out of camera, with branded settings that allow the final photo to be pre-edited. Additional editing might be purchased at the 3 Tapas Vintage Experience location on 46th Street.
The experience may be rescheduled or canceled and refunded in the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions.
Refunds are available if a booking is cancelled due to weather conditions or if a cancellation is made with at least 24 hours’ notice. Outside of these circumstances, bookings may be non-refundable due to scheduling and operational coordination. Rescheduling options may be available depending on the notice provided.
Transportation is included for two people unless otherwise specified in the package details.
