How it works:

1. Book Your Billboard – Select your preferred date and time for your Times Square billboard display.
2. Add the Photoshoot Option – During checkout, choose the Photoshoot Add-On.
3. Our Photographer will Reach Out – Once your booking is confirmed, our photographer will e-mail you directly to coordinate the shoot.
4. Showtime in Times Square – Meet at the agreed location, enjoy your photo session, and see your images come to life!

What’s included:

• 10 professionally shot and edited photos.
• Personalized coordination with our photographer.
• Images delivered digitally within 5 business days.
• Perfectly timed shots to capture your billboard moment (when applicable).

Important notes:

• Photoshoot add-ons must be booked at least 1 day in advance.
• If booking for the next day, the add-on will be available only until 9:00 PM Eastern Time on the previous day.
• Same-day bookings are not available.
• A photographer will contact you within 24 hours of your booking to finalize details, if the booking day is more than 24h ahead of your reservation.

All arrangements, communications, and execution of the service are handled directly between you and the photographer.

The Photoshoot Add-On follows the same 24-hour cancellation policy as the billboard booking. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.
