Why didn’t I get a confirmation email?

You will always get 2 emails from us. The first one, just after you booked, confirming we received your order for the date you picked. You will get the second email, confirming your hourly time slot, at least a day prior to the display date. If you don’t get an email confirmation from us within 1 hour of your booking, please send us an email at info@timessquarebillboard.com confirming your date of display and your name and last name.

When will my photo/video play?

Your photo/video will play for 15 seconds, every hour for 24 hours on the date you picked (your time slot will be from 00:00 AM till 11:59 PM of the same day). We guarantee 22 plays per day in the unlikely event of a power outage or billboard malfunction.

We will send you your exact hourly time slot to the email you provided while booking at least one day prior to your display date.

How can I see my photo/video on the billboard?

To see your photo/video, please go to 1560 Broadway (look right above the Pelé store). In some cases, we might direct you to our second billboard, located at 1500 Broadway (look right above Carlo’s Bakery). Alternatively, if you can’t make it in person, you may watch the live stream on our billboard page https://timessquarebillboard.com/billboard/

Where is the billboard located?

Our main billboard is located at 1560 Broadway, New York, NY 10036 (between 46th street and 47th street), right above the Pelé store. In some cases, we might direct you to our second billboard, located at 1500 Broadway, New York, NY 10036 (between 43rd and 44th street) look right above Carlo’s Bakery. 

How big is the billboard?

The 1560 Broadway billboard is 31 ft tall and 55 ft wide.

The 15000 Broadway billboard is 27 ft tall and 52 ft wide.

What type of photo/video can I submit?

You may submit your own personal photo/video. You must own the rights to the photo/video you submit. You cannot submit a photo/video featuring nudity, political, sexual or violent content, smoking.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, your order may be canceled 24 hours in advance from your display date. For example, if your submission is supposed to be displayed on September 5th, then your order must be canceled by September 3rd at 11:59pm EST.

Can I get a refund on my order?

Yes, your order may be refunded if it is canceled 24 hours in advance from the display date.

Yes, your order will be refunded if your submission violates our guidelines.

Can I change/edit the photo/video I submitted?

No, all orders are final and once your photo/video has been submitted it cannot be changed.

If I cannot go see my photo/video play in person on the billboard, can I get a refund?

No, if you have not asked to cancel your order 24h prior to the display date, we will not be able to refund your order. If you can’t make it in person, you may watch the live stream on our billboard page https://timessquarebillboard.com/billboard/ 

My photo/video did not play, will I get a refund?

We have a 24/7 camera livestream. We will check our cameras and if your submission did not play a minimum 22 times in a day, we will refund your order in full.

What format should my photo/video be?

Your photo/video should be horizontal/landscape. Our suggested quality is 72dpi. If you send a photo/video with a lower quality, we will accept it, however it is your responsibility to make sure you’re happy with the resolution you submitted.

What will my photo/video look like?

You may submit any type of photo or video, may it be a wedding proposal, happy birthday, graduation, love declaration etc. You may submit your own personal photo/video. Can minors submit photo/video?

You must be 18 years old or older to submit a photo/video.

Can I submit a photo/video of a minor?

Simply select your preferred date and time for your billboard display, then choose the Photoshoot Add-On during checkout. Once your booking is confirmed, the photographer will contact you via email to coordinate the details of your shoot. You’ll meet your photographer at an agreed-upon location in Times Square. The shoot will be timed perfectly to capture your billboard moment live on display. How will I receive my photos from the photoshoot add-on session?
